How much does mail-in controller repair cost?+
Standard stick-module replacement is $50. A TMR upgrade for both sticks is $75, including return shipping. SCUF trigger/bumper click-button repair is also $75, including return shipping. Other faults and modifications are quoted separately.
Do I need to send cables or accessories?+
Usually no. Send only the controller unless we specifically ask for a cable, receiver, charging dock, or other accessory needed to reproduce the fault.
How quickly will my controller be returned?+
Repairs are usually completed the day after your controller arrives. Shipping time is additional. We confirm the repair and final price before work begins.
